The DX Group is the UK & Ireland’s leading independent next day business mail, courier and secure logistics company, delivering close to 1 million items a day. Customers include the legal profession, financial services, properties services, publishers, government agencies, local authorities and high value.

DX is the only independent operator in the country to have their own end-to-end delivery network, and as a result offer an unrivalled level of reliability and security to their customers.

DX needed a partner to help them launch new websites for both their UK and Ireland operations, specifically:

  • Completely overhaul the look and feel of their existing website.
  • Provide a new design that complemented their re-branding exercise.
  • Understand their customers’ needs and structure the site accordingly.
  • Provide a content management system that’s intuitive and allows fast updates.

Guava worked closely with DX to gain a clear understanding of their products and services, their target audiences, existing customer needs, and online marketing objectives. We also worked with DX to ensure that their re-branding exercise would be reflected and complemented throughout the new website.

Amongst many things, the new site offers the following:

  • Information about their products and services using an intuitive navigation, developed with both existing and new customers in mind.
  • An improved online postal tracking facility covering all of their tracked services.
  • An online directory feature to allow customers to look up details for any one of 25,000 plus DX members in the DX Network.
  • Email building software to allow for the swift set up and dispatch of emails using the same content management systems as the website.

The new site has been well received by both internal and external customers. The usability has improved significantly with key products and services well positioned to allow swift access to the information that both new and returning customers need to find. The site is a lot easier to maintain and the flexibility of our content management systems has provided DX with more control over their site. Guava continue to work closely with DX as both partners and consultants for their online activities.
